Summer!

Does it ever happen to you when you have all these great ideas of awesome things you plan on doing during summer, but then summer comes, and it doesn't come true? Well, that's my life. So far, I've only spend time with my family at home, but surprisingly, it has been really chill and nice. I'll be going on a family trip in about a week and I'm excited about that. I also want to try and hang out with the guy I like, and hopefully I get the courage to ask him to the fair or something. Overall, life is good. Let me know about your plans! :D

Family Drama

So much shit went down today, it is insane. I am the type of person to bottle things up and ignore things that bug me, but that had gone on for long enough. I couldn't deal with it anymore. I blew up and I said everything I have been feeling this past year. It is unbelievable for women to be continued to be mistreated by guys. It is NOT OKAY!! Women have to speak up and stop this cycle, if they don't speak up, no one will ever speak up for them. It is sad that women deal with  domestic and verbal abuse. So many problems, i don't know if my family is gonna be able to go back to how it used to...

Getting in Shape!

I have been slowly gaining weigh for the past couple years, and I am tired of complaining and not doing anything about it. I have been going running for a little over a week now and I run more than a mile a day.Although it was hard at first, I'm beginning to build a routine and it feels good to have motivation in myself. People have started to notice that I have been loosing weight and it has added to my confidence to keep me running. I really enjoy running now, and the secret of building confidence and self-esteem is simple: STOP COMPARING YOURSELF WITH OTHERS!! Other girls I know are working out as well, but never compare yourself, because that is when we put ourselves down and we become blind of our initial goal...to better OURSELVES!! Anyone else working out and working hard, I GIVE YOU PROPS AND KEEP IT UP!! I WANNA HEAR ABOUT YOUR GOALS TOO! :)

Kissing

Wow. I may sound like such a newb, but my expectation of kissing was way off. Movies may it seem like a dream. My first kiss was terrible, it may not even be considered a kiss because I didn't kiss back, but it was really bad. I discovered that I can't kiss just anybody. They have to be a good, gentle kisser and not try to swallow my face. Overall, I look forward to kissing other guys in the future and comparing, lol
